• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, product size, and weight. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders may be confirmed via phone call, SMS, or email before dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:
